Developing a project finance model from scratch and analyzing the loan repayment feasibility using matrices such as IRR, DSCR, payback period, and breakeven analysis.
Developing Financial modelling and valuation of private companies across multiple industries using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), market comparable and other techniques
Preparing project finance model
Detailed analysis of financial performance of companies
Valuation support through trading and transaction comparable
Preparing pitch books, investment memorandum and investment teasers for sale
and fundraising transactions
Preparing periodic industry trackers and white papers covering M&A transactions, fundraising mandates, valuation movements and recent trends and developments
Maintaining client relationships through effective communication and project management
Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfaction.
Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports.
Other activities include structuring deliverables / teams and developing new
capabilities / new research products.
Demonstrate strength and experience in client relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment.
Desired Candidate Profile
3/4 year of business valuation experience
Working knowledge of ASC 805 / IFRS 3, ASC 718 / IFRS 2 / IRC 409A preferable
Must have familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS
Experience in project finance model in US and UK market, preferably for Sustainable
Energy sector
Strong Fluency with Excel formulas and functions
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Good business acumen
