Job Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic service delivery head for our Micro Focus ITOM projects specialized in the area of the following:

· Asset Management

· Service Management

· Operation Bridge

· Data Center Automation

· Network Operations Management

· UCMDB

· Operations Orchestration.

· SMAX

· COSO

Leading the Micro Focus ITOM project team, the resource shall deliver implementation, configuration and documentation of Micro Focus ITOM products for various project, independently. This includes drafting SOWs, ATP and UAT documents as well.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities: Role:

· Drafting of SOW, ATP and UAT documents.

· Creation of project milestone and update them on a regular basis

· Installation and configuration of ITOM applications

· Integration of ITOM products with 3rd party applications

· SMTP / Email integration with ITOM applications

· SMS integration with ITOM applications

· Integration of bespoke applications with ITOM applications

· Integration LDAP with ITOM applications

· Communicating with the clients and L1/L2 support members.

· Taking part in the Root cause Analysis (RCA) related discussions.

· Managing projects

· License management for ITOM applications

Required Knowledge:

· In-depth understanding of Operating System (Windows & Linux) which includes installation and configuration.

· Should have in-depth hands-on knowledge of Micro Focus ITOM applications

· Should have sound knowledge in the area of networking (e.g., Layer 2, Layer 3 LAN, Firewall, Switch, Router, WAN, IP Address, DNS, WINS, DHCP, etc.).

· Through knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power-point.

· Should possess Problem-solving skills.
Supplementary skills:
· Linux shell-script knowledge.

· Should possess thorough knowledge of ITIL framework

· Networking related certification

· Linux (Primarily SUSE & RHEL) related certification.

· Basic Troubleshooting

· Analytical

· Report/Dashboard generation along with documentation and presentation skill.

· Possess collaborative mindset

· Open to learn and adapt immerging technologies

· Project management skill

Candidate experience/Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or a relevant field.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with the team and clients.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in networking.

· Understanding of Windows and Linux Internals.

Salary: ₹1,600,000.00 – ₹1,800,000.00 per year
