Role and Responsibilities:
Review and analyze system specifications Create and execute test cases (manual and/or automated), and analyze results Create logs to document testing phases and defects Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (wherever applicable) Recommend improvements in software to enhance the user experience Provide timely solutions Provide support and documentation
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role Experience in QA methodology At least 1 year of experience as a Software Tester or similar role Ability to document and troubleshoot errors Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Critical thinker, analytical mind, and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Great interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of Defect Management Tools (like TestRail or MTM (Microsoft Test Manager) or Jira) Working knowledge of SQL

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
