Responsibilities

Job Overview
- Work closely with the Independence Manager and PRI Delegate in monitoring Quality Framework/Risk Control Matrix in Independence Office
- Ability to closely monitor compliance with policies and procedures
- Ability to identify risks in ensuring appropriate responses against those considering impact at an organizational level.
- Ability to handle technical matters
- Close monitoring of annual independence plan and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with QMSE/ERM requirements and be able to handle all internal and external reviews.
- stakeholder management including providing regular update to PRI Delegate and Leadership
Job Description
- Ability to perform risk based quality review of all monitoring processes
- effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordination with team. Should assist team members in completion of complex/defined tasks including all documentation standards
- Able to identify risks and situations before they become crisis and ensure process gaps if any, are addressed timely.
- Should give regular update on IO matters to the Independence Office Manager.
- Able to handle internal and external reviews including GAQI
- coaching and guiding them team members
- Should be able to demonstrate creative thinking, application of mind, solution based approach.

Requirements
- Compliance and audit background with at least 3 years of experience
- Should be at least BCom
- Understanding processes and audit concepts
- Strong application and presence of mind
- Should have experience in project management
