Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
A career in Learning and Development, within Business Services, provides you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of employees by developing quality and relevant learning products and initiatives. The role of a Fast Track & Content Services (FT&CS) manager oversees an array of FT&CS services with a focus on managing learning certification and license management services.
The manager’s position requires extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in directing teams responsible for Learning and Development services and deliverables.
The Position Requires
Leading with a continuous improvement mindset;
Experience managing cross-cultural/cross-border teams;
Managing intake, scope, and customer consultations with stakeholders across L&D;
Using various strategies and approaches to assign and manage work and deliverables;
Supervising the timely execution and quality control of all services and products delivered;
Overseeing operations (including technology tool(s) maintenance, request form(s) maintenance, work instructions, automations, SLAs (Service Level Agreement – a part of a service contract where the level of service is formally defined)) and performance improvements initiatives.
Knowledge In Learning And Development
Processes, policies, adult learning theories, and formal and informal learning curation;
Digital and virtual instructor led training tools;
Systems including learning management system operations and data entry; and,
Marketing of programs and assets, including incorporating a human centered design approach to communications and resources;
Curation processes and IP (Industrial Products Internet Protocol Intellectual Property Intangible Property Insolvency Practitioner Internal Professional (Strategy&) Investment Portfolio) permissions considerations.
Demonstrates Thorough Abilities And/or a Proven Record Of Success Implementing Simultaneous Learning And Development Project Plans End-to-end, From Inception To Completion, Including The Following Areas
Identifying and addressing of client needs;
Developing relationships, including building, maintaining, and utilizing networks;
Executing assigned programs and projects; Utilizing internal and external resources effectively and efficiently;
Performing content and data mining research and reporting;
Utilizing consulting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills;
Demonstrating task management skills and being detailed oriented;
Demonstrating organizational design and effectiveness, especially uncovering, and solving business problems and creating processes to address inefficiencies; and,

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing an array of digital skills to drive higher value, lower cost, and a tech-enabled learning experience, including:
Using design thinking (including persona development, affinity mapping, journey mapping, and prototyping);
Using agile project management techniques (including sprint planning, backlog management and sprint review);
Demonstrating innovation and agility while partnering with stakeholders to meet client needs;
Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging learning technology trends and experience innovating with new learning technology tools;
Analyzing data and communicating data insights to drive decision making (leveraging market leading tools such as Alteryx, Power Tools etc.); and,
Leveraging the Microsoft and Google suite of tools to drive efficiency, productivity, and collaboration.
