Job Description & Summary
A career in Client Implementation and Execution, within Client Service Support services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients transform their customer service and engagements from cost centres into revenue generating businesses across all PwC lines of service. As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
Following a predefined approach to negotiations
Checking legal documentation for quality, consistency and content
Client outreach activities across a number of different regulations and document types
Case and documentation review – analysing legal and other documents to identify key facts, anomalies etc. for categorisation
Managing your own workload, including reporting on progress and issues
Work collaboratively to drive ideas/solutions with peers and managers which will improve Client and PwC’s efficiency process.
Be able to implement and adapt to new or changing processes quickly.
Proactively build relationships with all team members within PwC including engagement with client teams as well as customers of our clients.
Law Degree or equivalent 2.1 or above or a Postgraduate professional legal course (i.e. LPC/BPTC/IPLS)
Law Graduate – Freshers can also apply
Ability to build effective and positive client relationships quickly and fully embrace the importance of client service
Highly organised and meticulous
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Self-starter with a proactive approach and ability to work without supervision Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes and control environment
Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills, both verbally and written.

The role will be based in Kolkata.
