Job Description & Summary

Our Internal Global Mobility team provides support for PwC’s international assignment programmes. As part of our team, you’ll help with all human resource related aspects of international assignments including tax, immigration, mobility consulting, and expatriate compensation and benefits.

Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the global mobility and immigration process for all international assignments
  • Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in various countries
  • Well versed with Data management and reporting
  • Knowledge of Power BI will be an additional benefit
  • Able Project Manager
  • Able to lead a dynamic team and well versed with team dynamics
  • Vendor management skills
  • Handle automation projects and should be able to drive AI projects
  • Work on special projects
  • Manage quality protocols and handle process audits
  • Able to manage GM process and work toward process development, implementation of mobility policies related to immigration, relocation and travel.
  • Manage relationships with external immigration service providers
  • Coordinate with various departments and teams for employee relocations
  • Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics
  • Identify and apply industry best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliances for self & team are met
  • Acts with integrity and display PwC Code of conduct while handling volume of confidential data

Experience

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related field
  • Proven managerial experience
  • Experience in cross border tax and immigration implication applicable for overseas employment
  • Relevant Mobility experience specific to relocation, assignment, facilitating immigration while working across cross functional teams including HR, Tax, Legal and Business Stakeholders
  • Experience in leading transformation and process improvement process
  • Team player, committed to providing and maintaining timeliness and precision with respect to deliverables

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
