Job Description & Summary
A career in our Experience Design practice, A career in Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.
We help our clients build a customer centric organisation through differentiated and brand defining customer experiences. You’ll help our team build a value based consumer model, coupled with quantitative analysis and digital technology based on the client’s target customer base.

Activities to be performed :
Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to gather information and
develop the application
Create High-level Design Document
Working as individual or as a team player
Ability to communicate clearly with the client
Ability to communicate clearly with the team
Apply tested UX design theories, practice and methods
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
Maintain project documentation and plan
Support the project development team
Apply agile working practices within the team to support efficiencies
with real time development (that work with onshore or offshore team
members) with the support of the Leads
Have extensive practical experience on using UX methodologies and
best practices such as conducting User surveys, defining user personas
and roles, creating empathy maps, stakeholder maps, user flows and journey maps, low fidelity wireframing, prototyping, testing, etc
Have a strong eye for detail in reviewing. Using a UX driven
approach to create and follow web responsive designs and
experiences
Have a good understanding of responsive development to
supplement the design ideas
Knowledge in front end development preferable
Level of experience: 2-5 years
Education/qualifications: Graduate and above, specialisation in UX design
preferred
Knowledge of Technology: Adobe UX tools – XD, photoshop,
Dreamweaver(preferred), Sketch. MS Powerpoint, excel
Industry experience: 2-5 years in in Web UX and Ui design
Technical capability: Should have a good grasp and practical experience in
applying the UX methodology and human centered experiences. Should have
ample experience in tools such as XD and Sketch
Key personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, awareness of the
latest web and UX technology, eye for details, flexibility to adapt to new
situations, strong verbal and written communication skills. . Should have great
problem solving skills and ability to approach complex requirements
