Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making sales strategy & business development
- Visiting clients at their locations
- Briefing technical details to the client and problem solving.
- Coordinating with clients after the project completion for post-project compliances.
- Coordinating with clients during project for clearing technical doubts
- Following up with clients ( Government & Private) regularly for upcoming projects
- Internal & external reporting
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and our solutions
- Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate sales information and activity reports in prescribed format
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Survey or GIS
- Having good technical background in survey
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Willing to travel in Kolkata and neighboring districts extensively and sometimes in North Bengal and North East
- Ability to work professionally with all levels of client organizations staff.
Self-directed, able to prioritize and effectively handle multiple service requests at a time under high-pressure and challenging situations.
Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
Strong working and technical knowledge of computer MS-Windows operating system, MS Office suite, Autocad ( preferred)
Ability to complete multiple tasks with minimal direction.
Presents a positive image that reflects well on the organization.
