Job Responsibilities

“1. Super Stockist & Distributor Appointment and Effective Management 2. Follow & processes that support the distributors in realizing their interests (ROI/ Claim Settlement) 3. Manage & Guide team of CSO’s/ Senior CSO’ to deliver desired results 4. Sales Planning 4.1. Width – Beat Plans, New Merchant Opening, Sub-Dealer Appointment / Milk Run Routes 4.2. Depth – Top Merchant Management, Loyalty Programs, QPDS 5. Market Execution: Implementation of Schemes & Trade Marketing plans in the geography assigned 6. Manage Urban or Semi-Urban or Rural Markets 7. Report Competition Activities in category handled and geography performance to Area Sales Manager on monthly basis”

Education Requirements

“1. Lower Rung B-Schools: Post-Graduation in Marketing with 5+ Years of Experience in FMCG industry 2. Graduate with 8+ Years of Experience”

Experience Requirements

2 to 7 Years
