Roles and Responsibilities:

• Exposure to work with medical professionals and hospitals
• Build sustainable relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by involving them in stake-Holder’s engagements at regular intervals.
• Help the team in lead generation and conversions from various sources-Doctors/Hospitals/Direct Patients
• Revenue – Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Target achievement as per the business.
• Responsible for driving Market Development Activities with the team to enhance the brand equity & awareness of Respion Healthcare Services in the Healthcare Industry.
• Analysis of competitor information and market intelligence
• Demonstrate team building attitude – courteous, friendly, supportive, encouraging, and approachable.
• Able to guide and provide effective feedbacks & solutions to subordinates.
• Able to manage a team size of 3-5individual contributors.
• Set targets for team members, monitor their performance, undertake monthly, quarterly performance review.
• Clearly communicate performance standards and performance gaps with the team members

Other required skills:

• Good verbal communication and presenter – Good command over English , Hindi and Regional language
• People and Relationship building Skills including Networking Skills
• Capable of communicating marketing plans /strategies promptly to the team members and help the team for execution
• Two-wheeler must
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Preferable male candidates
