Calls to be attended for Payment transactions Issues,

Deduction/Charges Complaints, Funds Deposit and Withdrawals Queries, For

Account Opening, Bonus & Cashback, Asset transfer, Global Transaction, Settlement,

Payout related Concerns and others related to Investment Trading.

PROCESS TYPE – INBOUND

EXPERIENCE – Minimum 1 year of Telecommunications

PROCESS TIMING – DAY SHIFT (10AM to 7PM)

LANGUAGE REQUIRED – Must Speak Fluent English.

TRAINING TENURE – 7-10 Days
