• You will be the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Work with developers and sales team and other internal teams to meet client’s needs as and when requested.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
• Must be good in English
• If the candidate has her/his own laptop that will be a plus point.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹7,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
