The individual is responsible for leading and managing a team of immigration consultants, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, developing and implementing strategies for business growth, and managing the budget for the branch. They also play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and providing reports on the performance of the branch to the corporate office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants, support staff, and agents,

providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting individual and team

targets.

– Responsible for providing advice and guidance on immigration Process for Study Visa

for Canada, UK, Australia and USA and Visa filing for these countries and PR

process for Canada and Australia.

– Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, increase market share and

drive revenue.

– Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key

partners.

– Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, ensuring that the branch

operates within the bounds of the law.

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including the management of

client cases and the administration of the office.

– Manage the budget for the branch, ensuring that expenses are kept under control

and that resources are allocated effectively.

– Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvement, implementing changes

to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

– Provide reports to the corporate office on the performance of the branch,

including sales and revenue reports, case statistics, and customer satisfaction metrics.

– Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the firm and

establish new relationships.

– Perform other duties as assigned by the corporate office.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field. A Master’s degree in immigration
