Full Job Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will be expected to manage the Overall activities of the Association which will include Strategic tieups, Membership drive, Organising Online Webinars and sessions, Members engagement, Social media Management, Database management, Research/Development, Coordination with faculty/Experts, Collecting Interviews, conceptualizing, Marketing, Organising and Promoting Conferences.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
· Build relationships with prospective clients
· Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
· Manage sales pipeline
· Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
· Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Experience
Marketing, Communications experience of minimum Two Year. Events, Chambers/ Associations experience will be preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Both oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Computers
- Good knowledge of MS word, Excel and Power-point
- Knowledge of social media platforms.
- Persuasive and ability to convince people over telephone calls
Qualifications: Minimum Graduate with IT knowledge
