JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: CLM Specialist

Function: Venture Building

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and segment customer cohorts to tailor lifecycle strategies effectively.
  • Design and execute campaigns tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms (E.g., Clevertap, Webengage) to streamline customer engagement and workflows.
  • Leverage analytics to inform strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships through marketing automation, with a knack for understanding customer needs and behaviours. The candidate must be able to manage CLM tools on their own and set up campaigns independently.

Success indicators:

  • Development and execution of strategies that ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey, resulting in higher satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Demonstrable impact on retaining customers through personalized engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Forming strategies that significantly increase the lifetime value of customers through targeted upselling and cross-selling.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Adept at analyzing customer data to drive strategy, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Profile:

Qualification: MBA degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Experience bracket: 2-4 years in CLM-related role

Age bracket: 22-28 years

Reporting to: Revenue Head- Venture Building Team, RPSG Group

Location: RPSG House, Kolkata

Work Mode: Full – Time

Working Days: 5 days a week
