Leading the lead generation and prospecting teams to perform within deadlines and goals while also meeting client requirements and sustaining high customer satisfaction.
Training, mentoring and managing a team consultant effectively increasing sales performance by coaching and developing their skills.
Keeping performance on track by setting clear and measurable goals and action plans, monitoring and managing each associate’s performance; conducting formal bi-monthly one-on-ones, annual performance reviews as appropriate.
Creating training, re-training and refresher modules for lead generation, nurturing and derivation of opportunity from clients.
Planning and executing campaigns to achieve yearly sales target.
Creating monthly sales report for the entire global sales team in order to monitor lead spillage, hits and misses and implementing strategies successfully to minimize losses.
Pioneering geo-expansion strategies from selling in one geography to five, bringing in 12 new clients on an average every month.
Researching and analyzing market trends and producing strategic business development processes to increase team efficiency.

Salary: ₹1,300,000.00 – ₹1,800,000.00 per year
