– Set up a robust distribution system which is spread across the geographies, considering confectionery & snacks food business.

– Appoint distributors to enable smooth sales of FMCG Products.

– Conduct a comprehensive study of the market keeping the complexity of business.

– Reporting on weekly and monthly basis, distributor, DSM, SE, and ASM.

– Conduct need based training programs on a monthly basis.

– Recruit manpower from FMCG industry to ensure a reach of 100% outlets coverage in allocated area.

– Ensure maximum coverage across GT which include kirana, provision, bakery, mini supermarkets and chemists.

– Corrective measure controls to be in place to ensure immediate attention to issues faced in market.

– Achieve a business target assigned by the company.
