Job Title: Tele Marketing Executive (Female)- IT SAAS Products

Job Summary:
As a Tele Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, generate leads, and close sales, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make proactive calls to potential customers to introduce and sell our products( HRMS , CRM Software).
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and referrals.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations and communicate product benefits effectively.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address customer inquiries, and close sales.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
Market Research: Gather and report on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to assist in developing effective sales strategies.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, including data protection and Do Not Call lists.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not always required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with potential customers to close sales.
Active Listening: Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns and address them effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing software.
Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a competitive environment.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in record-keeping and attention to customer needs.
