Job Description

  • IT Development & Project Management Experience: Min 12 years+
  • Salesforce Project delivery Experience: Min. 5 years +, delivering the salesforce CRM enterprise projects.
  • Should have completed successful delivery of min. 3 Salesforce projects
  • Team leading skills to lead team size of 15+
  • Well versed with Project management activities Creating Project plans, Governance and Status reporting, onshore-offshore co-ordinations
  • Experience in running salesforce discovery workshops with clients to define scope and requirements
  • Strong and effective in communication. Should be well versed with onshore-offshore model and timings as core dev team will be at offshore
  • Should be able to contribute in delivery sections of the proposal and Should have experience in converting Proposal to statement of work
  • Certifications needed:
  • At min One or two Basic Salesforce Certifications Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • PMP Certified (Preferred)
  • ITIL certified (Preferred)
  • Prince 2 Certified (Preferred)
  • Project Management & domain Experience in delivering – Web Based Projects & Mobile Application based projects
  • Nice to Have Domain Knowledge & delivery experience on :
  • Industry Cloud Manufacturing Cloud, health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service, Financial Services

As a Delivery Manager we are looking at you to oversee digital transformation & technology projects, You will be responsible for providing project planning and implementation on various digital, software development and cloud transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation. Lead the execution of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining consistent communication.

Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, anticipating and managing potential roadblocks.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and the requirements of the business.

Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project management processes and methodologies, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in technology-related projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.

Experience in managing projects in digital, software development and cloud transformation .

Experience working in a multinational or multicultural environment.

Skills Required:

  • Monitor program/project baselines to ensure activities are done as planned.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues on programs/ projects.
  • Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverables.
  • Develop and manage plans to address program/project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Analysis of program/project data to produce management information.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic program environment
  • Strong task orientated, organizational and planning skills
  • Project Management knowledge (processes, lifecycle)
  • Technical knowledge on Java, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS etc.
  • Certifications like PMP, CSM, Quality certifications is an added advantage.
