Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect from the database given with the candidates to explain the course details, counsel them about the current market trend related to the course, and convert them into successful admission.
• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals’ contact details in the Master MIS after every call.
• Handle day-to-day general queries related to the product and courses with the students.
• Studying the details of each course to remain abreast of updates/modifications in the edtech industry.
• Should be well versed with the course knowledge so as to answer questions about the course or the company.
• Addressing candidates’ uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time to the concerned team.
• Noting important details of each conversation and updating the same in the Master MIS.
• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
• Has to be fluent in communication (English)
• Candidates from the education industry will be given preference.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduation degree in Finance / Science from a reputed university with 4 years experience in counseling.
• Are available to start immediately.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude.
• Operating suited to working in a small organization setting where teamwork and resourcefulness are highly valued.
• Able to coordinate, organize, or directing multiple teams and departments
• Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
• Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,043.00 – ₹31,500.00 per month
