Responsibilities : –

• Have a good network of doctors in West Bengal .

• Get good referral patients from doctors.
• Should have a good connect with socially influential people in and around Bangalore

• Act as a single point of contact for all marketing activities of societies/corporates.

• Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions.

• Ensure they understand our value proposition
• . Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services.
• Create or increase interest in our service offerings.
• Should generate a maximum number of IPD patients.
• Referral patient generation.

• To visit the Nursing homes/Clinics/ Diagnostic centre on daily basis and update same.
• To convince all the parties to share the patient referrals.
• To maintain a good relationship with all the parties and take regular follow ups.
• To convince the parties to share the reimbursement cases.
• Requirements
• Must have an experience as a MR or worked with any diagnostics centre of nursing homes.
• Should have an understanding to work on excel and Google sheets to update the data.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Should be able to take an end to end ownership of the task assigned.
• Job Requirements: MBA/any PG – Healthcare Management Excellent communication skills Experience 5 to 7 years, preferably in hospitals of Bangalore Open to a start-up environment Go getter attitude Ability to develop and maintain good public relations Target driven.
