Create executive and Board-level presentations for Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals vs Targets, and KPI reporting Manage financial cycles of the organization including driving process and preparing annual budget, quarterly rolling forecasts, and monthly operating reviews

Build best-in-class strategic FP&A functions and systems, tools and processes to support it Develop and utilize data-driven analytics, including reports and dashboards, to generate value-added insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth and influence KPIsPartner with accounting and both global and in-country teams business leads to streamline and improve efficiency in reporting which will drive financial results for the business

Support CFO and business unit leadership in developing long-term and short-term financial goals and support the long-term strategic planning process for the business Analyze macro and micro trends and stay informed of strategic growth initiatives to understand their impact on forecasts and long-range financial projections

Qualification and Experience:CA OR MBA Finance10 years of accounting experience
