· Determine quantity and on-time delivery of materials

· Daily monitoring of all the Stocks and placing the Orders accordingly to avoid the materials shortages and to improve the satisfaction of Internal stakeholders

· Responsible for Sourcing suppliers, forecasting material requirements, assessing risk factors, and daily operation of material feeding

· Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms

· Manage the activities to Orders and escalate in case of any material discrepancies

· Reduction of Non-Moving stocks every month, through effective FIFO & LIFO approach with Production and Office department

· Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand

· Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

· Store day to day operations handling

· Stays familiar with the company’s needs

· Makes supply orders

· Oversees supply chain management
