Industry: Engine Oil (Castrol)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of channel sales, Direct Sales, Distributor Sales, Primary sales, secondary sales, experience in FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and relationship-building.

Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven track record in B2C sales within the FMCG industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
