Responsibilities:

1) Demonstration classes of new users of the company

2) Reporting Manager of Moderators already working:

• Daily monitoring of regular sessions
• Monitor daily performance of moderators and maintain attendance
• Check moderators are following company rules and regulations while working
• Answering concerns of moderators

3) Onboarding new users of the company :

• Allot new users to moderators
• Check up on old users validity and take action
• Refunding approvals

Work timings – 9AM – 1PM & 4PM- 10PM

Probation time – 3 months

Training for the role will be provided

Skills needed:

• Good English skills both Spoken and Written
• Good Management skills
• Ability to handle crisis and lead a team
• Leadership Abilities

Salary: From ₹8,000.00 per month
