We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a chat and voice support executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing relevant information to clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat; taking input of issues faced by clients and providing redressal thereof.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Background from sales will be considered an advantage

• Basic understanding of SMTP products/Email systems would be preferred considered an advantage

• At least holding 1 year experience in either with sales or support, BPO or telecalling position is preferred. Fresher’s candidates can also apply.

• Excellence in English communication skills in typing and verbal process, ability to maintain good client relationship.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The primary task of an executive is to handle queries from customers or clients and discuss potential business plans

• Must be effective in providing appropriate solutions mainly via chat process, calls & emails and alternatives within the time limits.

•Following up clients who haven’t finished setting up product.

SALARY: 15,000-22,000 PER MONTH
