Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Client Relationship Manager at STAR EYE Media & Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This includes understanding their needs and goals, providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and managing client projects from start to finish.

• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in client management or account management
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the media and entertainment industry is a plus
