1. Manage accounts and product portfolio assigned by meeting or exceed targets relating to business development, growth, profit margins, mix of products & services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition. This includes product penetration and customer base!
2. Provide regular feedback to senior management on market place, customer changing needs and competitive activity
3. Develop effective working relationship with customers through regular meetings and obtain further sales and business opportunities.
4. Build long lasting relationship with key accounts or key stakeholders that will lead to new upsell and cross sell opportunities
5. Work with marketing and senior management to develop marketing campaigns to support sales strategy.
6. Generate new business and raise awareness of company products.
7. Identify requirements for new products to anticipate eventual penetration and lead the market segment
8. Assist MD on market data collation for potential Principals or current Principals as an whenever necessary.
9. Be prepared to take on new business areas or product portfolios that will enable future company growth
10. Be prepared to initiate systems and processes to train, develop, lead & motivate sales personnel when assign the responsibility
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

- Barasat, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (Preferred)
