Job role-Design and implement overall recruiting strategy in coordination with HR Manager and Head HR

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/LinkedIn/Consultants
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications – assess relevant knowledge, skills, experience
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions through profile sourcing
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and

implementation

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

Leave & Attendance management

Salary-upto 3.5 lakhs P/A.

Working days- Monday- Friday

Working hours-10am-7pm generally

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹26,000.00 per month
