ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Update department process documents
  • Keep management system library up to date and ensure document and record controls are in place
  • Assist other departments on updating procedures
  • Assist in internal audits
  • Participate in and support external inspections/audits from health authorities, notified bodies, certification bodies, and clients.
  • Assist in root cause analyses
  • Perform trend analysis on quality metrics
  • Review industry standards that affect quality and recommend process improvements
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Organizational, planning, project management and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to communicate to multiple audiences in written, verbal, and presentation format.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 year’s experience working within quality assurance, auditing, and or document management.
