Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation located in Barasat-I. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the EWS/LIG segment. The role involves identifying opportunities in the informal economy and collaborating with various stakeholders to promote affordable housing finance solutions.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Relationship Building skills
- Understanding of the informal economy and EWS/LIG customer segment
- Experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of housing finance products and regulatory guidelines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the housing finance sector is a plus
