Eligibility: Any Graduate

• Minimum 1 Year Experience in BPO or Any Undergraduate with a minimum of 8 months in the Email / Chat process in any industry
• excellent writing & verbal communication.
• Accurately and efficiently handle customer contacts via phone, and email in the shortest possible time.
• Communicate actionable customer feedback to the relevant team, that can be worked to meet the customer’s problem
• Openness to work in shifts
• Should have a positive attitude and agility to work in a collaborative environment
• Should have been solution-oriented and committed to making it right resolution
• Should have an impeccable sense of judgment to be able to serve at the highest levels.
• Should take ownership of resolute customer issues (ensure 100% problem-solving ability).

Work Location – Kolkata (DLF-2) Rajahat

Mandatory:

• The candidate should be comfortable to work with 9 am to 9 pm shifts
• Preferred candidates who can join on immediate bases.

Salary: Up to ₹190,000.00 per year
