The sales operations analyst is responsible for managing a set of business activities and processes, including:

• managing sales data and analytics,
• tracking important business matrix under management flows,
• assisting in data eccentric student service management,
• aligning opportunity sales strategy,
• evaluating the general health of the sales process.

Requirement:

• Analytical experience required
• Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
• Sound business decision-making ability
• Should be an expert in MS Excel
• good problem solving skills
• ERP exposure
• a clear vision of “the big picture” as well as the “small details”
• ability to think strategically about technology
• a desire to take responsibility for developing and implementing their own ideas to improve systems & processes for reporting
