Job Description :

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment activities for mid and senior level hiring

Analyzing and understanding the client’s requirements

Identify candidates through conventional & innovative sourcing methods

Candidate Assessment and Management

Experience/ Knowledge of market & industry mapping

Client Co-ordination & Client Relationship Management Skills

Fair knowledge of MS Office

Exposure of handling Key Accounts would be an added advantage

Database Management
