1.Must have sound knowledge and Strong foundation in Graphic and Motion Graphic, 2D and 3D Animation and Post Production software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Coral Draw, Adobe Premiere, Pro Adobe After effects.

2.Should possess Excellent Communication and Teaching skills and also the candidate should not be a habitual job hopper.

3. Bring confidence in students and help them think creatively, delivering lessons effectively based on the curriculum, ensuring quality of student outputs. carrying out student evaluations, guiding student portfolios, make sure of student placement, research and development.
