and support sales. By making right calls/decisions in dispatch he/she can cover any unintended misses upstream
in SC.

Activity
? Interface MT & SCM team for communication & connectivity.
? Deployment planning – Act as key interface between Sales and Supply Chain for delivery of finished goods as per
Demand
? Demand Responsiveness – Review the sales trend at CFA/SKU level on daily basis and deploy the stocks as per
fair share across CFAs
? SLOB avoidance – Review the slow moving inventory across CFAs and initiate cross movements to avoid SLOB
? MIS – Support Demand manager in generating MIS reports like Stock Availability Index, Analysis of demand
? trends.
? Measure, track & deliver MT OFR by chain, RCA of loss and design & execute mitigation plans .
? SLOB clearance for MT sku , code listing & delisting refresher.
? Weekly run availability meeting with supply planner & weekly dash boarding on fill rate.
Key- stakeholders – Make , distribution & MT sales team
Key skills – MS excel , SAP , ability to dissect data.
