• Good

understanding of Iron and steel design

and engineering covering Process Design Basis,

Process Design Criteria, Process Flow Diagram, Heat and Mass balance

calculation, Process Control Philosophy, Sequence Interlock Diagram, Group

Start & Stop diagram, Process, Sizing of Different Process Equipment,

Vendor Documents Review, plant operability and layout reviews

• Awareness of latest technological advances.

Basic Engineering

• Develop flowsheet
• Equipment sizing and capacity calculation
• Mass Balance
• Selection of equipment and processes
• Conversant with equipment associated with the industry like iron

making, Steel making and down-stream.

• Project execution experience and site experience preferred.
