Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility:Ensure that the sales targets are achieved as per ABP/OSP:Preparation of OSP every month and updating the order book on timeEnabling business growth by reducing TAT by using 100% SFDC and agile workingConduct regular review for Sales with SMs and Solution PartnersDevelop & implement PPA plan for the category along with branding teamLead generation by market campaigns/ other means Facilitate and implement ideas to do cost optimisationFormulate overall market & business development plan for Modular & Retail Solutions:Development of effective strategy for Modular, Retail and New solutionsDevelopment of target customers in B2B, B2G & B2C for generating enquiriesRelationship building with influencers (Consultants and Architects)Risk assessment and mitigation due to partnering with 3rd parties.Liaison with internal stake holders (SCM, Design, CMT etc) and external stakeholders (Customers, vendors, competitors etc) on understanding current market pricing trends for components/items used in Modula, Retail and New SolutionsIncrease of Customer Satisfaction:Improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by periodic interactionAct as the primary interface between customer and our support functions like design, manufacturer, project management & other stakeholders for better customer experienceFacilitate market & New product development / Product improvement by identifying new segments to serve / target new customers/ increasing the existing product application Skills Overall experience must be more than ten years with deep knowledge on Business Development, Sales, Pre-fab / Civil / LGSF/Hybrid Construction, Project management, Safety and Quality standards.Other details Please Enter
