1. Generate leads from market, visit them & appoint new Franchisee Centres

2. Support the existing Franchisee centres to grow their business

3. Collect Royalty from all Franchisee Centres

4. Experience in channel sales/ handling Franchisees

5. Good negotiation skills & willing to travel
