Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Hiring Specialist (Recruiter) to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to fill key positions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent for various positions.
Candidate Screening:
Conduct detailed screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit with the company’s culture and job requirements.
Interview Management:
Coordinate and manage interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates.
Client Engagement:
Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements, provide recruitment insights, and recommend suitable candidates.
Job Posting:
Craft and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media channels, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Offer Negotiation:
Negotiate job offers, salaries, and employment terms with candidates to ensure mutual agreement and satisfaction.
Database Management:
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate information on candidates and hiring progress.
Reporting and Metrics:
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to measure performance and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and comply with relevant labor laws.
Collaboration:
Partner with HR and other internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Continuous Improvement:
Continuously identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
