Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR operations and eager to support various administrative and coordination tasks within the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation.

HR Administration: Manage HR records, update employee information, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, meetings, and training sessions in collaboration with other departments.

Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.

Documentation: Maintain and organize HR documents, including contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary records.

Reporting: Prepare and distribute HR reports and presentations as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR initiatives and company objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and contribute to the implementation of new HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
