Position: Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Sales & Marketing Manager in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities.
4. Assist in managing the company’s social media accounts and online presence.
5. Coordinate with sales team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
6. Assist in analyzing sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other events as needed.
8. Assist in training and development activities for sales and marketing staff.
9. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay informed and proactive.
10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
3. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite).
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Attention to detail and ability to analyze data effectively.
10. Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
