Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals in the booming Education industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Educational products and services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients including schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Present and promote Think Again Lab’s courses and programs to potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and educational technologies to effectively position Think Again Lab’s offerings in the market.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets to management.

Requirements:

  • – Minimum of one year proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
  • – Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • – Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • – Self-motivated and driven with a passion for education and technology.
  • – Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • – Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary:

  • Fixed Salary of 20,000 INR + 10% of total sales (Variable Salary)
  • Salary package of the sales executive is divided into two parts.
  • Fixed Salary which is 20,000 INR and Variable Salary which is 10% of the total sales, made by the sales executive.
  • His/Her sales target will be 1.5 Lakhs per month.
  • If the sales target has not met then only the Variable salary will be disbursed.
  • If the sales target has exceeded then Fixed salary and Variable salary on top of the exceeded Sales Target both will be disbursed.
  • If the Sales Target only meets the expectation level of 1.5 Lakhs per month then only the fixed salary will be disbursed.

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working days:6 working days with 1 day-off which will be during the weekend.

Shift Time: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM (IST) (Subject to change as per business requirement)

Mandatory Language Fluency:English, Hindi & Bengali.

Laptop/Mobile:Candidates to use their laptops & phone Wi-fi and SIM will be provided as per the policy.
