• Installation, configuration and Managing of Microsoft license
• Inventory management for hardware and software
• Working with customers to identify problems in software and advising the solutions
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
• Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
• Diagnosing software faults and solving technical problems.
• Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers;
• guiding client through corrective steps
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• The person would be responsible for managing the sourcing for various profiles till on-boarding of the candidates
• Preparing courier & attendance trackers and dashboards on weekly/daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹14,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per month
