Responsibilities and Duties

1.The selected candidates would be responsible for assisting Customs Departments, CONCOR, Port Authorities, Importers, Exporters, Transporters, Shipping Liners etc. with the functioning of the application, website troubleshooting, on-site support at the time of sealing.

2. Dashboard monitoring to track and trace of the container movements, maintain device inventory and update report sheets in excel.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma (preferably in Electronics & Communication) in technical field.

2. Should have effective communication skills, leadership qualities and self-starter in nature.

Skills and Criteria:

1. Fresher or Minimum 2/3 years of experience preferably in electronic and communication or any technical field
2. Good understanding of the Logistics, Import – Export and Transport industries.
3. Good with consumer and regulatory interface for sales and marketing purposes (customer query handling, mail communication and on-site assistance to customers).
4. Willing to work 24*7 as per the roster and visiting different project sites as per requirement.
