• Looking for Team Leader- International BPO background
• BPO / Call Center/ experience process background preferred
• Minimum 1 Year of Work Experience as a Team Lead handling a team size of 12-20 associates for an International campaign
• Should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Candidate should have good people handling skills.
• Candidate should have good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point
• Team Handling experience-on Paper

Hiring Process:

• The hiring process is quite simple : There are 2 rounds of interview: HR Round & Ops Round.
• Both the interviews are carried on over the phone and once the candidate is shortlisted, offer letter is released for the same on mail.
