Our Story Started in Kolkata, in the Year 1993.
India was on the precipice of significant social change with increasing influences from the West.

Role & responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage MD’s calendar and set up meetings. Also collaborate with other EA’s to ensure shared calendar is in sync with other Directors
- Make travel (domestic & international) and accommodation arrangements including Visa
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Drafting various emails/letters and MOMs as required
- Direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain MD’s filing & retrieval system
Preferred candidate profile
- Work experience of 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copier machines etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality of documents/information
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- A resident of Howrah would be first preference.
