Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Cluster Head & Sales Manager at UBI Services Ltd in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves leading a team to provide doorstep services for housing, offering end-to-end financial solutions to prospective buyers. The Cluster Head & Sales Manager will oversee the team building & their training,liaisoning with builders & DSA/connectors, and will ensure smooth loan processing from loan points for clients.

Qualifications

• Must be Graduate or above
• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Financial Services expertise
• Experience in Home Loan Sales and Mortgage Lending
• Knowledge of Housing Finance and Regulatory Guidelines
• Strong Negotiation and Client Relationship Management skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in Sales or Financial Services industry
