Location : Mumbai/Kolkata/BangaloreEligibility:

• CS/CA/MBA/Lawyers (LLB)

• Preference – prior experience of minimum2 to 3 years in a Merchant Banking Company/Listed Company.Job Responsibilities:

• Due diligence for IPO bound companies

• Drafting of Offer documents

• Liaising with regulatory authority officials like SEBI, NSE, BSE, RTA

• Valuation of Companies

• Documentation and issue management related activities

• Work Experience inSME IPO is highly Preferred .Skill Sets Required:

• Experience in handling IPO, Preferential Issue, Open Offers, Buyback, Takeovers, Delisting, Valuation assignments

• Strong knowledge in SEBI, Corporate, Economic and Commercial Laws

• Proficiency in MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PPT
